Even in a fish-only clownfish tank without corals, occasional supplementation may be beneficial. Buffer solutions that maintain pH stability, dechlorinators for emergency water preparation, and bacterial supplements that support biological filtration during cycling or after a disruption are all useful products to keep in your aquarium supply cabinet.
