There is no specific antidote for grayanotoxin poisoning; treatment focuses on decontamination when possible, cardiac stabilization, supportive care for GI function, and managing symptoms as they arise. Prevention through complete elimination of access to these plants is essential, as even a rabbit sampling a few leaves could experience severe, life-threatening symptoms.
