Having a rabbit-savvy vet identified and their emergency contact information readily available should be part of your basic preparation as a rabbit owner. Pneumonia is not the kind of condition where you want to be searching for a qualified vet while your rabbit is struggling to breathe. Exotic animal emergency clinics are not available everywhere, so know your options ahead of time.
